一个开公司的朋友,她们最近发现了一款比较畅销的产品,但愁于没有外贸找到了以前公司的几个做外贸的老同事,想着资源整合一下,但是没有固定工资,都是前期测试市场阶段,几个人交流下来发现,能够躬身入局的只有其中之一的SOHO,因为大家对于新品都有不少顾虑,包括产品的货源质量,售后支持等。

其中一个SOHO朋友说,她最近发现同行在某平台开通广告之后,粉丝量从几百人很快就上升到了上万人。对于最近没什么客户的她而言还是很有吸引力的,于是她也效仿同行开通了几天的广告。第二天发现,关注和点赞的人确实增加不少,只是一看后台,全是印度和巴基斯坦的客户,她瞬间就不淡定了,因为她的行业产品在这两个地区就没成交过,而且这些客户都爱比价,特别不讨喜,于是她又果断终止了广告,还投诉了。
沿着别人的轨迹,不一定能走到自己想去的地方,只有走在自己的路上,踩下去的每一脚才会有力量。
一个人真正的成长,不是与他人攀比,而是超越昨天的自己。忙碌着、充实着,心里才能有充满希望;期待着、盼望着、生活才能更精彩。
突然想起某个博主采访年销量一个多亿的海外企业老板,她/他们从事一个行业长达三十年,给年轻人的建议:

Look for trends outside of your industry. That you can apply to your industry.
Don't over spend. Don't borrow money from the bank?

Negotiate hard, always negotiate with multiple suppliers to get the best average cost that you should have. Always compare pricing. always refer to 3 sources. Don't just go once around on it.

No job is too minimal or menial for anybody. If the floor needs sweeping and somebody's not around' and it's not your liking, you sweep the floor.
对于每个人来说,没有什么工作是微不足道的。就算你是老板,假如公司地板脏了,而此刻周围也没人能打扫,即使你不愿意,也得把地板打扫干净。
Don't lose sight of who you are. find your person, don't lose yourself. keep your ethics. do what for the others as you would have them do what to you.
不要忘记自己是谁,找到自己的定位,坚持自我,坚持自己的职业操守。要想别人善待你就先善待别人。
