主体部分两句话就可以说清楚,表明查过客户的信息,而不是群发的邮件,表明非常熟悉客户市场,可以分享相关资料,增强竞争力和合作关系

Dear xxx,
Greetings.
This xxx from xxx which is specializing in xx products more than xx years. xxx and xxx are our distributor, we are a reliable OEM supplier.

优质客户基本都有自己合作的供应商,那这样写就是站在对方的角度考虑,换位思考,货比三家很正常,为客户找到一个很好的切入口。

arrange it? Because you have good credit in my mind, arrange raw materials for your order, once you arrange payment we can produce it immediately to shorter the production time. We really need your support.
如果有些客户一直说付款,但是却迟迟没到账,你可用上面的方法去尝试发一封邮件给客户。
如果客户不是忘记发水单,而是忘记了安排,这句话也表明了业务员高情商的一种表达。
如果是有真实采购需求的客户,这种方式会让他有一定的心理负担,看了之后能尽快安排。
