表示客户已经收到样品的事实,并且表达了一定的积极、阳光的态度。

③如果比较新的客户,可加产品的售卖点增加一些客户闭环度的信息,加强收到样品的喜好和意愿,提供更多有针对性的建议,助于客户下单。

表示我们不是第一次跟进了,迅速提醒客户他处理此封邮件,想起样品关联性。
