关于自我介绍，很多刚毕业的同学们可能卡在英文自我介绍，这里给大家提供一个比较通用的模板以及一些小技巧：

一、简单的开头 A brief beginning

Hello, sir, let me make a brief 1 about myself, this is xxx...

2. It's really my great honour to take this interview, now let me introduce myself, my name is../ this is ...

简单快速地切入主题，最好简单说一下你应聘的岗位，切记不要说太长而导致后面的正常发挥， 当然英语优秀的同学可以自己斟酌行事。

二、简述你的学历、证书  Education & Certificates

I graduated from.... and with a bachelor degree(学位) in international trade (专业), I passed cet4/6/BEC..

so I  got a good basis to be a foreign trade sales, because that's my major! .....

三、简述你的经历(可以是在校经历)或者成就

Elaborate on your experiences and achievements 

Last two summer vacation, I got a chance to work as a waiter/trainee in .... , and my english is greatly improved.

2. I participated school volunteer whenever I was available ... and I enjoy helping people who is in need...

3. I have spent the last ... years developing my skills as a customer service manager for Megacompany Inc., where I have won several performance awards and been promoted twice. I love managing teams and solving customer problems. 如果有一些相关经验可以参考这句。

请切记不要毫无重点得概述，别人不一定对你的经历感兴趣，讲重点，让对方快速知道你是否有合适的经验。

四、围绕岗位简单描述你匹配的能力和技能  Your skills & ability

After couple times working experience as a sales/purchaser/sales assistant, I had good communication with customer and my oral english is more fluent, so I'm competent to do this job.

2. I used to working in a trading company....so i'm familiar with handling order process...I believe i can fit for this job position.

3. I'm a person positive and with high sense of responsibility, that's why i'm sure that i am qualified for the post of xxx (岗位)

尽可能真实描述你的经历，即使没有工作经验也没关系，简述你的相关经历即可，表达你能胜任这个工作。

五、结束语 Ending

Thank you for having me to take this interview(这里可以用自己喜欢的句子来结尾).

英文不好的同学，建议自己写好再背熟；英文好的同学，可以提前准备大框架，然后自行完善， 等面试时可以酌情发挥。
